Who are we?
TDAV-Turkey Corporate Counsel Working Group has been established by the General Counsel and a Member of the Board of Siemens Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Av. Celal Savaş on 04.04.2013 for corporate counsels.

The member of the Board of Directors of TDAV-Turkey and Head of the Legal Department International Relations of MNG Holding Co. Inc. Istanbul Office, Mr. RA Kaya Gönençer has taken over the leadership of the Working Group from 15.01.2015.

Our Aim
Group’s aims and duties are namely:
- To encourage professional development of members with related events
- To encourage exchange of ideas and experiences between members
- To put forward the quality of corporate counsels in companies in the public perception against the job profile of classical lawyers with authorization.
